Delivery Time
Once your order is placed, you will receive an estimated delivery time. The delivery time is an estimate and begins from the date of shipping rather than when the order is placed. Your order will only be delivered once your order has been accepted and approved. Most deliveries take 2 to 3 working days.
Return
- In the event that our customers change their minds about a purchase made on our website, we offer a return and refund policy to assist them. Returns and exchanges/refunds are gladly accepted by us.
- The whole process will be transparent and hassle-free as long as we follow a few conditions. Please take care of these conditions before you make some return and request an exchange or refund:
- · Return absolutely anything within 3 business days after you received your order.
- · No return, exchange, or refund requests will be entertained without the original invoice.
- · Returns, whether exchanges or returns, must be in their original condition.
- They must not have been used or opened (the original seals must be intact and not broken).
- If a brand new item has a defect, the buyer should contact the manufacturer directly.
- When an item’s warranty expires but it is still defective, we will exchange the item.
- In the case that the buyer does not accept the exchange and requests a refund, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
- · In case of free shipping offered during ordering, shipping, and handling costs will be deducted from the refund amount, as well as restocking fees.
- Our customer service team will notify you once we receive your request for an exchange or refund and if the item qualifies for an exchange or refund. After your request is approved, you will be notified and have the option to exchange the product of the same value or refund the full amount within 7 business days for Cash on Delivery orders. Depending on the policy of your credit card issuer/bank/service provider, you may receive a refund against a credit card or other payment method.
